The manual capsule filler has 6 parts:
A,Cap sheet B,Bottom sheet C,Spreader D, Tamping tool
Procedure:
1,Take the cap sheet. Place it on a clean, dry surface.
2,Take caps into the cap sheet.
3,Now take the bottom sheet. And put the capsule bodies into the holes on bottom sheet.
4,Pour a scoop of powder filler onto the bottom sheet and use the spreader to fill the bottoms.
5,If the bottoms are not filled enough, use the tamping tool to compress the fillings and repeat the previous procedure.
6,Take the filled cap sheet with the bottom sheet. Stick them together.Using both hands and equal pressure, press down once to fit both parts of the capsule together.
