The hard gelatin capsules ready for dispatch are put into LLD polyethylene bags first.

Secondary Packing
The Polyethene bag containing Empty Capsule is then packed in strong double corrugated cartons,all the six sides of which are lined with thermocol sheets providing thermal insulation and cushioning.

Export Packing
In order to protect capsules from severe or fluctuating conditions of temperature and humidity, we pack the capsules first in poly-bags.The bags are put into aluminum foil LLDP co-extruded bags. These are covered in bubblewrap. The corrugated box is lined with Thermocol (Styrofoam) on all six sides. The boxes are then laminated with poly film. Thus we not only take care of the temperature and humidity but also any mishandling that might take place during transportation.

Export Packing
Labeling
The cartons are labeled indicating size, colour, quantity, storage conditions, destination etc. Visual tests are conducted to ensure that the script is legible and colors correct. A sticker showing numbers & sample capsules / capsules color image is pasted onto each box to make visual identification of the product easy.
