Shipping and Returns

B: Yes. We are doing global business, it is available to ship worldwide.

A: Shipping method and shipping time.

B: We ship by air, sea, and express delivery (FedEx/DHL/EMS). We will choose the most economical shipping method for you based on your order. Default shipping of capsules will be EMS which usually takes about 10-30 days varies from countries. Capsule filling machines will be sent by FedEx or DHL accordingly. FedEx takes about 5-7 days while DHL takes about 3-5 days. 

Please note: The shipping information we provide is a guideline only, and has been provided to us by different couriers respectively. We state below which couriers we use with what kind of product, however we reserve the right to use any courier we please without notifying you.

Once orders have been placed we aim to send out the product within 24-48 hours depending on the weight and size. However if you have any changes to your order this may delay the shipping process.

Tracking

All of our products are sent with a tracking number. It is important to note that not all of these tracking numbers enable you to track the parcel at every stage. Some may only allow you to see the progress of your order periodically.

 

Returns Policy

CapsulCN aim to give 100% satisfaction to all of our customers. We do know, however, that there may be occasions when you wish to return items. If, for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 15 days, un-opened and in its original condition to our address. Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refund, or store credit for the item. Alternatively, you may wish to exchange it for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable. To return an item, please dispatch it in its original wrapping and accompanied by a note outlining your name, address and reason for return.

If you do decide that you would like to return your item you will be required to pay the cost of shipping it back to our nearest office. We are more than happy to help with finding the cheapest rates. Just get in contact with our team.

The day that we receive your item back at one of our locations it will be checked by a member of our team and then you will be instantly refunded. This can happen in a number of ways. If you have used Pay Pal we will refund you through their system. If you have paid by bank wire or cash then we will wire the money back to you. Please make sure that you contact us with your bank details if this is how you would like to be refunded. This way there will be no delays in the process. Please not that some payment can take a couple of days to process the transaction. If this is the case we will let you know.
